Some of those doing the negging need to man up and post their thoughts rather than hitting an anonymous button.

I know you got negged for this and the opening poster was asking for all his, but I agree with you, though not so much manning up as folks actually entering a grown up debate as this is after all a message board, and all the best debates are had when folk actually reply to /debate various points made and not just go straight for the red button.
It doesn't bother me that they hit the red button, but please give a reply to be debated or even just so the poster you are replying to can see things differently, which they maybe hadn't seen before and they’re not going to do so if you don't reply!

As many folk already know one particular fruitcake spent a year or more stalking and 'negging' my posts. In fact it became quite a disturbing obsession on his part. However all he did was confirm how wide open to abuse from cowards, cranks and losers this facility is.
Whilst I'd like to think my indifference underlined how most forumites realise even hundreds of red numbers make no impact whatsoever.
