She's been before actually turned up yesterday and gave me some strengthening shoulder exercises to do myself ,and she said u're muscles are tight in shoulder pressed really hard to go pink she said to get blood supply going?

Listened for an hour and the major takeaway didn’t realise the bowels were in such a mess

Second takeaway is that nobody could understand why last seasons high performers weren’t doing it this season. Not one person including the idiot running the show pointed out they are playing one level up and may not be up for the task

BTW its no coincidence that all 3 promoted sides from the Championship last season are currently the 3 bottom sides in the Prem table.

They look awful and seem intent on pocketing their massive parachute payments. Perhaps Burnley are the most likely to survive but surely they must invest some the windfall
