Dale fan in peace here.
Cant understand why you guys are not top 7 to be honest. Ward and Lester a real handful when i have seen them.
Is Goodall not doing the business?? I really liked him when he was with us.
I think it should be a great game on Saturday. Have you got the pitch covers on as the forecast all week is freezing!!!
Oh last thing, the best fan friendly pub ( Real Ale?? ) near the ground tips please.
Cheers

plenty of pubs with real ale that are decent, the barley mow is allright but is normally full of home fans ,decent lads though, portland hotel gets a few supporters in ,walk down from the town hall and go left and you will find it situated near the market, wetherspoons pub but cheap real ale and food, also their is the rutland in the town centre which is a proper real ale pub with about 10 hand pulled ales and also does 2 meals for about £7,situated smack next to the famous crooked spire so a handy landmark and a leasurely 7 or 8 minute stroll back to the ground......ps we are that far off top 7 class it beggers belief ,we are a worse side than last year

Totally agree with you bonnyman....Rutland is also 1st class especially the REAL ALES and the food is bang on too.....Market Hotel is also good but small Weatherspoon's cheap but food crap.
Your obvious choice will probably be Industry near away end....or Highfields bit further up Newbold Rd.

Will be in the barley Mow then about 13.00 for a pint with some of you lads.
No trouble with us Dale Fans, we like the banter though.
Glad Mr Dave Pace got what he deserved!!! Lol.
