so these were all no good when they came, and we developed them??????????????
not to sure of that
would love to see dowsons stats for last season compared to wardys
Where did I say that? I was trying to say that they were better when they left the club than when they came, hence JD developed them. True or not?

dowson in my opinion would be as good as ward,in a season
They were also transferred to clubs in a higher league.
Dowson hasn't the natural ability and pace of Ward and never will have.

if he got a good run in a side.then time might tell,
how long did we have folan before he got noticed in the cup run
without that run,we would have got pence not pounds for him

What decent players in their right minds would want to come to our decrepit run down club and work under Rico? Answer no one except old has beens and players who at the best are second rate. Just take a look at Rico's signings to date Jack being the single exception

from the original thread
sbragia plans major cull
if the players are to go,then they must have a starting point, thats all i am saying
think if wardy went ,in my opinion this option would be worth investigating,
he already knows the set up and players here,
just my opinion

stevo was very good,i agree with you, only here 2 years,so must have developed very quick
development; ie; bringing the players forward from what they where when they came to chesterfield
keep naming them
Ernie played for our little yellow friends in the old second division, and was a massie part of the side that was right up thier in the old diision 3 in the early 80`s, so he played most of his career above this level.
Evatt
Breckin
Davies
Dyche
Williams
Wilson
