He has to have a board meeting so the puppets can all nod their heads in agreement with everything the Hubbard says and earn brownie points. Seriously do you think this board of puppets have any say at all in the running of the club?

There is rumour's going around today, that Chesterfield will part company with Lee Richardson,i will believe it when it is revealed. But having said that these rumour's are very strong,so in reply to your post we await 12 noon tomorrow with
hope or should i say a pinch of salt. But for the sake of the club Hubbard must now act.

Whats the point in sacking him now? I cant really think of any good reasons. The season's over, it doesn't matter what anyone says...

Surely it would take a month to get a new manager so January's gone, unless the board already have someone lined up? No that would be smart.

Just cant see any logic in paying him off now.

Somebody has been lined up for months by all accounts. If he comes in it makes a mockery of why we have stuck wth Ricco, we may as well have brought him in when he was named

The Lads from Sheff Wednesday? I suppose it gives them January to get some people in and get to grip with the squad in general. Then again it could be really good for them to try different things, so next season we get promotion as they have found an awesome set of tactics... I cannot see Rico going till his contracts up, like I have said all season.

I can't see any end to the fans Ricco misery, the season is dead if he stays. But if we get any experienced man in who is capable of motivating the squad and fans alike, it could give us that extra hope we all yearn for.
WE don't want any inexperienced bodies running the club, there are plenty of half decent jobless managers out there surely there is someone out there ready to lead us to a better future. Thye past 10yrs have been mainly aweful for the long suffering fans, come on Hubbard end our misery now and set on a decent managerial team, show some ambition.

Is he capable of doing either of these two things? He's never done them before. What makes you think he will start now?

Fish:

I don't have any confidence in Hubbard and the present Board to set on a decent managerial team to get rid of the present regime. The future is bleak unless a new investor comes in quick.
