I’m sure if it was it would have been reported at the time and the ref/FA would take action.

As long as he's a stop gap and doesn't get the role permanently. His two months in charge at Orient and his record of 9 defeats and one draw from twelve games doesn't fill me with confidence.

The timing of it suggests it might be aimed at the Maidenhead player who was subbed just before.

All Walton’s birthdays and Christmases have come at once!
He’ll be aroused for days with this one!
In all seriousness, must be summat relatively serious.
A falling out with Grimes would result in a quiet word / verbal warning etc.
Managers aren’t just suspended for falling out like that.
Exactly what we didn’t need when we’ve just started to show signs of derailing. 🙄

Maybe he tore into EVERYONE AND THING after Saturday's match and that's the straw that broke the camels back. This appears to be his first spell of pressure really, fan's commenting negatively about his changes etc. Can this be mended if it's an internal thing.

Perhaps there was a complaint fro Maidenhead, that would have to be investigated
I've seen much worse from Matlock's home bench.
I may be misreading how Twitter works but it seems David Buchanan just said something about Rowe deserving this, and Denton has re-tweeted the Maidenhead video. I think.

Important to remember this is under investigation, and none of this is intended as accusing or gospel, but I've received a huge amount of similar stories from numerous people over the last few months, spanning back to Pre Season.
Joshua Smith

2 managers described James Rowe as 'The most arrogant' manager they'd ever come across in their careers.
Senior member of staff at the club once told me he often calls at silly o'clock demanding things 'throws his toys out the pram' if they say it'll keep til morning #Spireites

Another account back at the start of the season, referred to Rowe as Jekyll & Hyde, in how he acts behind the scenes & infront of fans
A representative of Gloucester during their game at Alfreton this season wouldn't comment further, but said they were well rid of him #Spireites

A member of #Spireites matchday staff has been in touch saying they've read my tweets (and many others) and can confirm many members of the clubs staff will sleep easier tonight, going so far as to describe James Rowe as a 'bully'. They say this has been coming for a long time.
I hate social media and how all the "look at mes" come out of the shadows and try and make a story and a name.
I doubt James Rowe is easy to work for. I see Gloucester are now 19th in National League North. And they are better off without him.... well some may beg to differ on that.
Arrogant is never a great trait but its a thin line between confidence and arrogance and if you are a winner, I suggest its easy to overstep.
Being a bully is unacceptable - but maybe after a few years of losers with losers mentality the staff have got used to lax ways and no one caring. Maybe what they call bullying is someone holding them to account to do their job.
And that ladies and gentlemen is why there is an INVESTIGATION before a HR meeting with the relevant people....

So he's gambled and gone first in the hope of some publicity....
Lets hope he has egg on his face tomorrow....
They would need to complete the investigation, schedule a review, give appropriate notice and then deal with the result.
Now Rowe could have walked and refuse to go along with it....
