And as said, now not touched by proper platforms.
A genuine enquiry, though. We know most advertisers don't associate themselves with GeeBeebies, either because the audience is too small or the propaganda it peddles, but does it carry the same appeals from charities seen on mainstream teevee? Save the Children, Wateraid, Unicef and the like?
Joking aside it obviously panders to a certain demographic, so I just wondered if these organisations bother given it's attitudes towards needy foreigners...
“We know most advertisers don’t associate themselves with GB news”…do we, or is that more made up gumph you wish to pass off as fact?
Well I’ve just this very minute watched an advertisement section on that very channel..
Jet 2 holidays….very family friendly and a main stream advertiser.
Funeral Plans…pretty much a staple of all advertisement slots nowadays
Furniture store…well I suppose even us right wingers need a sofa to sit on or a bed to sleep in.
Money comparison site…again pretty much usual advertising fayre
Appeal for donations from a prostrate cancer charity…very worthy cause and hopefully something that we can all stay clear of regardless of political leaning.
Aegean islands holidays ad….well we all like a bit of sun don’t we?
Weather forecast sponsored by BOXT boilers, a well known firm and sponsor of Notts Forest I believe.
Next break featured an ad for the Sky tv security cam system…
Well I might have missed them but I didn’t see the adverts for where to buy replica SS uniforms, setting up donations to the BNP (do they still exists), or where to buy DVDs of “Come Fly With Me”.
