As the title is now pretty much nailed on let’s hope we keep the momentum up and smash Wrexham’s record. As I said elsewhere titles are won every season, records can last for ever. It’ll be tough - 32 points needed out of the remaining 45, but is eminently achievable.

Don’t think anyone’s said that before.

I’d be more than happy to smash all club records
- most home wins
- most away wins
- most points
- goal difference

Let’s get to 100 points and see where we are.

There's plenty of records to keep the squad, management and fans, fully engaged until the last whistle of game 46.

I've ranked them in personal order of priority:

1. Record points in the NL (Wrexham 111 2022/23)
2. Go unbeaten at home (have we ever?)
3. Record NL title winning gap (19 points by Luton 2013/14
4. Beat all 23 teams at least once

In no way do I take winning the title for granted. Highly likely, yes. But it's never over, until it's over.

What about the pyramid generally, aren’t we on a roll there.
God I hate this league.

I haven't a clue. The Pyramid currently has 11 tiers and over 30 divisions. I imagine some of the points records will be amazing near the bottom of the pyramid.

I find it weird that people said promotion was the only thing - hence some ‘fans’ wanted us to lose inexplicably in the Trophy- yet now want records.
Bizarre

Genuinely could't care less about records. Just win the thing.

Agreed, if people are having to look up who currently holds what records then its not anything to get excited about, or that will get others excited at this level when were gone.

2 and 4 for me. Amie this the best season (ignoring the levels) ever by us.

We Don’t have anybody pushing us like Wrexham and County last season. If I were Cook, once the title is sewn up, I would be trying a few things out in readiness for next season.

I don’t care about Wrexham sick of us still being compared to them and not having the credit in our own right

Well some on here might not give two hoots about records, but in Jeff King's interview he said the players want to break records and be remembered for that. Which is good to hear. Suggests they are not going to ease up.

I understand people being fed up of Wrexham. Maybe people wouldn’t be so dismissive if was someone else who held the record?. However surely it’s a nice way of hitting back at the media love in with them?

I want us to smash the record. Nobody remembers the 2nd best over time. We should go out in style and doing this would be superb!
Here we go again!

We are now edging closer to 2 club records although these were actually set as a league club which are 12 away wins set in 94/95 and 91 points which was set in 84/85.
