Barnsley sacked Neill Collins.....they currently sit 5th in the league and a win this weekend confirms a play off spot!

They've not done well recently but wow, this seems harsh.

Foreign owners with a couple of clubs on their books, plucked Collins from managing in the US and various foreign managers before that. Be surprised if they went after cook.

Cook currently 16/1 and 8 managers ahead of him on the betting.

Looks like either some sorta 'Rowe' scenario, the bloke being beyond naughty behind the scenes, or the Club having someone they think much better already lined up...

You’d think they would want a quick appointment with being in the playoffs and them ahead soon.

Cook wouldn't play second fiddle to a DOF

Rumour has it Kevin Phillips has failed to agree terms on a new deal at Hartlepool.

Brother in law is a Barnsley fan and he says the style of football is the reason he's been sacked , fans not been happy for a few weeks apparently.

A bit entitled are they at Oakwell?

Sacking a manager who’s sitting pretty in the playoffs is crying out for them to drop out of them on the final day.

With a couple of teams ready to pounce it would be hilarious if they ballsed it right up and missed out.

Wouldn’t be shocked to see him turn up at Oldham next season

Darren Sarll appointed at Hartlepool a quick turnaround and must have been in the mix

He's gonna quickly get himself a bad rep if he keeps moving on after one season at a time.
