I echo that fact Mark but i really think they needed at least one new signing before the first deadline for season tickets maybe we'll see a mini rush now before saturday, does anyone know how many season tickets have been sold or even last years figures.

Yes I agree Mark, especially as he turned down a new contract from a big club like Tranmere to play for us (and it's not as if he was on the bench there last year either). So another big 'Well done Roy'! And isn't it good to have some positivity on here - just shows what a new signing can do.

Good positive news, and same as most on here given the chase for his signature I`m surprised to say the least we`ve got him.

So, where do we reckon he'll line up for us? He's a wide player by trade isn't he, but its in CM that we are crying out for some creativity. What do we reckon, Hall on the right ang Allot in the centre? With what we've got available at the moment that looks favourite to me. I imagine that Roy will want a few more names in that equation before we kick off in August though!

Effective in both positions then? He looks like a very useful addition to the squad doesn't he?

Fantastic signing.

Him and Alex teaming up down the right wing - excellent.

Well done Roy Mac - sometimes there is more to it than money.

Cool bananas.
Finally, Roy starts to pull his finger out of his rectal orifice and get things rolling.
Still screaming out for a central mid though. And Evatt might need replacing I have big question marks floating over the heads of O'Hare and Downes...

Sam, he chose us because we offered him two years and Tranmere offered him one.

Fish,

Your're a bit quiet mate, whats up? You must be pleased with a new signing with the prospect of more to come.

Well done to all concerned, 1 down 4 to go and we will have the same size squad as last season, excluding the trainees of course, will we need more first teamers than last season due to the lack of any loans?
