1. Sack him now and appoint somebody like Dave Bentley for one game as a reward for what he's done with the youth team.
2. No point sacking him now, wait until after the Bradford game.
3. Why waist money, wait until his contract runs out in June. Although this will mean the new man has less time to sort the major rebuilding out.
