Weird response (again). I don't ever tell anybody what they should think, just what I think. If people disagree then that, of course, is absolutely fine. Sensible, mature adults (and I'm VERY mature) are perfectly capable of swapping differing opinions calmly and reasonably, or they should be.

Are we entitled to a refund/is it worth trying? It falls under the 30% outage in their terms and conditions so I'm assuming we won't be owed anything... disgraceful though it may be

I assumed that nay refund meant that CFC don't get the revenue from the stream so decided against asking.
