A. No. We're a passing team and if we keep giving the ball away, teams will punish us. Whilst we have the ball, we won't concede a goal.

A: I'm not going to Wigan thats for sure....I'm jumping on the bus to Coventry (laughs)..
I think if you preach loyalty and you don't show it yourself there's something wrong with you.

A. I'm learning, I've clashed with players in the passed and have learned from that. Loyalty is everything and you have to practise what you preach. I've learned to be careful with what I say when. In the past I clashed with Terrel Forbes about training afternoons and with brindley and Armand about signing new deals but am learning when and what to say for the good of the club and the squad.

A. Thank you I did get it and tried to contact you. I helps to outweigh the many many bad ones I got when I came here.
Early this season I took 2 days off and came back to criticism after losing 4 on the bounce. I sat down with CT and planned big changes to our formation and style. We played it against the reserves and were 3-0 atHT!! We sat down and decided to revert type. This is what we do this how we play. Let's get in with it.

A: Ooooh what a question.. I don't think we really could. I made a decision about 4 games before the end of his time with us and I thought he was too good to play, I didn't want to put him in the shop window for others to pinch, but it backfired.
I don't think we'd ever have got him, possibly I could have managed it better, but it's SO difficult to get those signings over the line. It's easy with hindsight to say I should have played him more, he's a top lad.

A. Why is he asking me??
Q. What wee you thoughts on peterbroughs gamesmanships?
A. We had 90 minutes to win a game, yes it was frustrating but everyone has the chance to do it and we failed to beat them in 90 minutes.
Q. Is it just tea iin your mug during the game?
A. Yes but I rarely get to drink it.

A: Some of these superstitions are funny.... If we keep believing in our players and the way we play football we'll do ok, but I'll keep wearing it

A (Connor Cook) Messi or Ronaldo
A. (Paul) it's not always about having the best players it's about have the best team. we have quality players but playing them together isn't always easy. O'shea is as good as it's gets technically for us, but it's not always possible to accommodate him in the starting eleven. Can't remember last time a player moan at not being picked.

A: I had a word before the game asking him and the 4th official had to take control of the bench as Bradfords bench were a disgrace...... It was about 2 minutes in and the 4th official threatened to send me off!

A. On a beach in Majorca, not involved in football!! Going to morrisons is tough! Management is very tough, and it controls your life but feels the love of e game is lost due to money/fans pressure/demand for instant success. Fans nee to understand managers are people, with families and have feelings. He'd hope to return one day with find memories.

A. At the top level, the money is mad and it needs to be got a grip of. I just want to win the play offs, not sort the world out!!

A: Winning is everything but the way you win is more important, winning with class is everything. If you're not winning football games your lifes not good, the more players we have like that it'll transmit to the rest of the players. The biggest thing for me is that we have a dressing room with a huge desire to win.

A. No answer although he has done a fantastic job so doesn't need to get himself so het up!!
Q. By spending how much though??
A. Every club should publish their wage bill at the end if the season so everyone can see who s a good manager and who isn't.

A: Theres only Jimmy whose contract is up. If we can sign with Jimmy and one or two others we will get stronger

A. We are not as active as we'd like to be but we need to find a happy medium. My job is to deliver success and it's frustrating when I can't get every player I want.
£70k on clucas
£10k in Harrison
Doyle out for £850k+
Cooper out for £750+
It's all about helping bakanacing the books.
