Just wondered if anyone has had a function in one of the lounges (eg birthday do), and how much it 'really' cost? I know the Club quoyre around £11 a head for the room which includes a basic buffet, but they do say they are willing to negotiate.

Anyone been down that route and can give any ballpark figures for a birthday bash?

We had my nan's 'wake' in the Club lounge last Thursday and my uncle managed to negotiate the fee down. Might have had something to do with the fact he's famous, but even so.
"Do you think I'm here for your amusement" & good riddance to bad rubbish

Really nice function rooms, I'm sure as with most venues if you look to book outside of the busiest nights then you can get a better rate :)
