I am looking forward to see Morsy and Jones showing Port Vale what they have lost by playing really well on Saturday. I just hope that they are not wound up and get sent off as we can't afford to lose either player for 3 matches at the moment.

With the victim of his assault elsewhere it should take some of the nastiness for Jones away.

Jones broke Doug Loft's jaw in training and was sacked almost instantly by Vale. Loft didn't play for them again and joined Gillingham in the summer.

Jones had a very good personal reason why he thumped him.

It's not the first time pro footballers have fallen out, and it won't be the last.

I recall Shinner and Jack nearly coming to blows after a home game at Saltergate under Rico. Shinner accused jack of not putting a shift in and jack took offence to it.

Unless it gets out of hand (Jones hitting the club captain for example) then there is nothing wrong with it and it is healthy for grown men to have differences of opinions.

I would think every Sports Psychologist would disagree with you there. Surely for good team spirit every man should trust implicitly every one of his team mates. No grudges. No disharmony. There has to be no issues whatsoever.
