Despite what Bonnyman says, Grigg created the first for Colclough by making space with his movement, and helped with the second by pinning the goalie. And, I think, got a shot in for the third which rebounded to Naylor.

If you look at the Naylor goal - Grigg went for the ball with his right leg, it bounced off his left and fell kindly for Naylor.
And yes he moved for the first - as would anyone stood in that position. There’s not many statue forwards (although there are some)- it’s not quite scoring though is it?
The real assists were of course from Mandy and Berry.
I hope Will plays tomorrow, I’m sure he will, and does what he should be doing scores a goal.
Surely a good striker is the one of whom it’s said- he had one chance and buried it.

Nobody is saying they qualify as assists. Are my statements accurate or not?

There's scope for debate there 😀
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Watching the highlights, for the 3rd goal Grigg hangs on to Dieseruvwe to prevent him getting across to block Naylor’s finish, so played a part in the winner lol. Naylor’s finish was a strange one, he side footed it instead of putting his foot through it, and it was literally straight at the keeper, and somehow it still went in. Quite Quigley-esque.

It was just meant to be I guess.
