I know it's unlikely, given our wage budget, but it's still a possibility that we could sign Hasselbaink.

He's been released by Cardiff and we are after a striker so it could be him.

Is there any chance of this happening?

By the looks of last night, he's got a nice cushy job giving his views on sky, sure the guy could find a championship/league 1 club comfortably on reputation alone

is he a "name" to add 500 to the gate

if so, 500 x average of £20 = £10,000 ish

over 2 weeks thats 5k so guess he is out of our reach

its absolutle horrible weather up here in North West (thunder storm and very heavy rain) so perhaps be thankful that you didn't bother chancing the 2 hr journey!!!

Gone - a 5 year old 80k mile Volvo S60 now. My company and my money - focuses the mind a bit when it comes to cars! When you do 40k miles a year, the depreciation is horrendous!

Although it did make the journey to work a bit more fun!
