    And how does that prove that MJ improved both our attack and defence against better opposition??? Let?s assume we take the sides finishing 2-7 as the legitimate best of the rest last season

    Against the sides finishing 2-7
    Our average goals per game dropped from 2.6 to 2 when MJ played - he played in 6 and missed 6
    We scored 16 goals when he didn?t play V 12 when he did

    Neither of those suggest an improvement in attack with MJ playing.
