Be interesting wouldn't it? Would only take about 10 seconds for Sage or similar accounting software to produce such a report.

Still some more savings to be made under the dead wood column

Pity our former CEO couldn't spot and implement them.

One man's saving is another man's liquidation, perhaps.

I'm guessing those savings will appear in a different column to the one featuring payments to former Boardmembers, Chris Turner, Danny Wilson and staff, Richard Nichols, Rodger Wylde, Peter Clarke...

I’m no auditor, but I wonder how he proceeds when he hears allegations over time which amount to him being duped over several seasons. The figures pertaining to CFC's relationship with CFCDS are clearly jibberish. Can he declare a mis-audit?

Well we must have saved a fair packet with the lack of any sort of upkeep on the stadium!

Mark, I also requested at the last AGM that the format of the agenda could include shareholders questions. That was a reasonable request and gives the board time to research any questions that need answers. As long as the questions revolve around the financial year then it should be a formality for Ashley to agree to.
Every AGM I have sat on over the last 30 years have always included questions presented by shareholders or stakeholders where notification should be sent out prior to the agenda being decided.
A lot of questions that were asked last year were closed down by the chairman which I found unacceptable.

Rob, may I suggest that you attend a surgery with the new CEO and put the matter to him?
I don't know how argumentative the AGM will get, but I personally would suggest that Jack's attendance for the business bit is not a good idea.

Caldwell looked like a rabbit in the headlights at last years.
You'd imagine his attendance would purely be at the request of AC, to act as a sweetener to those in attendance.
I agree with you dimview, no need for Jack to be there.

Was that the revised AGM because we have been through that many managers it was Danny Wilson at the November AGM when Sir Pigeon Fancier did his Bee Gees act.
I agree, this could get brutal so no need for JL to watch the shareholders have a pop at Carson et al.

Might the AGM be held by the chairman CEO and first team manager only in attendance?
