I don't think it needs much planning or effort tbh.

It needs a profile to ensure awareness.

It will have one when they announce attendance at zero.

This what fans of other clubs are saying i.e. A preparation for a League Three of 'B' teams. Pompey and Shrews fans urging total boycott. I agree.

Not sure there is a need for an organised boycott as the general apathy will probabaly see this farcical competition dispatched where it belongs

However I fear many people would go and watch Manure U21 in a future reinvention. I just don't see the powers that be giving up

Full boycott of the Wolves game. Let's do it.

Too late.

They've already sold 20 tickets by the look of it. Perhaps they'll just pretend they've played the game and reinburse those that have already payed

Next summer is the big one as they are talking about 5 leagues of 20.

That didn't involve U21 did it? Perhaps an enabler for U21s though

Can't really see EPL clubs going for that though. It would be like Turkeys voting for Christmans. Then again our CEO is thicker than the average Turkey.

I suppose losing 4 home fixtures could mean padding the season out with an expanded EFL Trophy :o

Fair to say, the dangers of a League Three made up of academy and conference teams is that eventually, with relegation, many lower league clubs may end up playing in it. Fans have not been slow to recognise this probability.

The Greg Dykes of this world are determined to restructure and make the Premiership and Championship stronger in the belief the international side will benefit.

Lower league clubs are facing the prospect of a future providing practice games for the top teams our status demeaned for a few pieces of silver. I applaud all those fans across the country who intend to boycott this competition.

If there is actually one thing you can't lay at Brassica Rapa's door it's the stupid idea of bringing in the U21 teams in, iirc originally he also disagreed with it but voted for it because the majority of the other CEO's voted for it, it is to be noted that it was also not the original plan to bring in Championship U21 teams either but someone forgot to ask all the top prem teams if they would be interested!

There's nothing like courage in your own convictions. 'Ooh, the other children think differently. Maybe I should change my mind to fit in'. This is the grown-up world, not Mike Reid's Runaround. Turner, like so many others, didn't bother to look beyond the 30 pieces of silver on the table.

A League 3 will eventually lead to Under 21 sides and on top of that the total devaluation of the strongest and most competitive football league system in the world.

I can see it ending up like Germany, Bayern Munich has second, third and forth sides spread across league and non leagues in Bavaria.

Protesting now for the long term future of English football.

There was a noticeable difference reading the progamme notes from the away game at Oxford and the Swindon match. Oxford's was brimming with detailed accounts from the board members and heads of department, outlining their aims and objectives for the coming season and beyond. In contrast we had nothing from the chairman, nothing from Moondog's bestie and nothing from any operational deparrment at the club - just a small piece from Turner, telling us how he voted against the changes to the football league trophy and that all was well with the world. It is quite clear that the board is past caring. It's just a matter of how long it takes them to find a buyer.

Oxford's approach doesn't surprise me as they will be keen to demonstrate openness and transparency in their dealings after their boardroom issues last season.

No mention of Oxford United there unless I missed it.

Speaking of Oxford, did we ever hear any more of the 'Oxford Academy' that, according to Turner, 'carried out a comprehensive review of the CFC Village and gave it a glowing report'?

Wasn't there supposed to be some sort of statement clarifying their relationship with PPP?

have we had a sub 1000 attendance for any first team game at the Proact?

this could be the first

should let ST holders in for free, then fiver for adults and quid a kid

our Australian overseas player at my cricket club wants to go to a game whilst here and this is the only option, so I may end up going under duress
