Haven’t lived in town for many years now but for the life of me I couldn’t spot where it was even having played local football for donkeys years

Al I know it’s in Hasland - can someone shed some light on it for me ?

It’s the old Chesterfield Cylinders cricket ground off Whitebank Close and closer to Chesterfield than Hasland,

We used to play our school home matches on there every Saturday, we didnt have our own pitch. Played other matches on there and Works midweek cricket. just needs decent changing rooms. What a asset for the Club backed by a great Spireite Name.

I was speaking to a club sponsor who got invited last week on the open day and he was very well impressed with the facilities and more with how well ash kirk spoke too
