Not necessarily biting (ok I probably am)
But after having lost at Welling we picked up 15 points before the next round would have taken place
Barnet took 1 point
Bromley took 2 points
Cook has already admitted elsewhere that had he known the above was going to happen, he might have re thought the side put out at Welling
The side that ultimately won the competition were denied a shot at promotion just a few weeks earlier by the very organisation that administer the Trophy competition, which should tell us everything we need to know about how seriously we should have taken the competition -

No longer on sale online now?
Or do we think they've gone off sale online to work out those that haven't renewed and what seats that leaves available? -

That’s just made me laugh, Jacobs has played left midfield literally all of his career.
I didn't say he couldn't play there, but he's far from as effective there now he's into the twilight of his career.
I would guess the majority of his assists have come when he's been in a central position -

I thought Saturday was typical. Had a great first half but seemed to disappear for long stretches after that. He seemed to revel in the extra space he got out on the left, first half.
On the subject of Banks, it would be pushing our (and his) luck to give him a two-year deal. Offer a one-year and teach some of the others to shoot.
Unfortunately, from January onwards he ended up playing on the left quite a lot, which is definitely not his best position at all
His contribution in the build up to that great team goal at Home to Gateshead was typical of the type of stuff he can do when in the middle, but in essence we have 3 players vying for that one position, with Dobra seemingly the preferred player. Jacobs adding a different type there, and Banks different to both
But we can't keep all 3 -
