just seen that rotherham have dropped tonight, so back to one league between us, hadn't realised that Leam Richardson was there, could be an interesting pre-season fixture perhaps?

Slightly more concerned that Plymouth have nearly ensured their championship survival whilst still looking for a new manager amidst rumours that Cook was a strong contender a few months ago.

Nothing much for Cook to achieve there.

You’re very generous having sympathy for a club who are a similar size to ourselves that are yo-yoing between the Championship and League 1 when we’ve endured six seasons in non league obscurity.

And the unlikely event of Mansfield missing out would be a fantastic four timer

Hopefully we will be playing these again soon in the league in a couple of seasons. Missed my trips up to Rotherham.

Can you make them permanent trips to Rotherham, then you can panic post to their forum instead!

just a few seasons ago we genuinely feared dropping into regional football, however look at this scenario, next season say we get promoted with donny, notts county and bradford (4 go up from league 2 what a luxury), we'll give them lot their promotion this season, then we all meet up in league one season after next, a league one containing, us, donny, rotherham, weds, derby (if they stay down), notts co, bradford, barnsley, them lot down the road... we could have some fun with that, chuck in lincoln and burton too, it could be real fun, can't see sheff u dropping to league 1, bad as they have been this season i think wilder will do enough to keep them in championship next year... this would be nice reward for those who have travelled the many miles in the national league over the past few years.

Was told by a club sponsor, 2500 have cancelled their season ticket subscription for next season... Will the owner continue to fund another promotion push?

You can probably add Huddersfield into the mix if they come down this season.

Ditto, I would quite happily see us yo-yo'ing between L1 and the Championship for the next 10 years or so. Get to play some big ex-Prem clubs who drop down now and again.
