I broke my leg last week so I'm pretty limited in what I can do but obviously dont wanna miss the matches for the next 6 weeks or so

anyone else been in the same position and end up still going to games? I need to keep my leg elevated if poss to avoid pain so maybe sitting sidewards if i find a few chairs free would be ok. ive never had a look at the disabled section to see what thats like though

I have already and I have the option of moving seats to the front row or going in the disabled section.

The upper disabled terraces have lots of room and the best view in the stadium. (I have sneaked up there at reserve matches purely for the view!)

thanks for the reply, good to know its a good view! Not sure how practical it would be in there with a broken leg though?

Would have thought its the ideal place to be honest. Lifts to get up there so dont have to bother with stairs and loads of room up there.

Crank,

Certainly a few years ago the club (Well, the wonderful Sue Green) were amazing when i had trashed my ankle and couldn't stand on the kop for a couple of games, season ticket transferred to the main stand for those games with just the difference to pay (which shouldn't be an issue now as the prices are the same)

I would hope it's a simple call to the club to switch your ticket, you might even get a carer ticket chucked in!

Last season, RugbySpirite has a knee op and came to the match the next day! I drove him up to the game and after a quick call, Barrie Hubbard (as he answered the phone) gave us dispensation to drop him off and pick him up the in the car park, so they are still carrying on that ethos.

Give em a call, they should sort it, if not, come back here and moan about it!! :D
