Yes I’m sure there is, if so then it should be tackled appropriately. My original point was that I liked the sound of a law to tackle uncivilised behaviour, dogs off their leads causing hassle, noisy neighbours, people doing DIY at all hours, fly tipping all things I’d happily see the back of. Introduce or reinforce laws against them all 👍
