EFL release date is Weds 26 June
Bristol St Motors Trophy (whatever THAT is!!) released Thursday 27 June - we are in Group G with Lincoln City, Grimsby Town and AN Other Academy/U21/U23 Side.
Carabau Cup draw is Thursday 27 June...

I used to detest playing in this competition prior to dropping into the National League, but now I?m quite looking forward to us taking part in it 👍

It was always a garbage competition and is even worse since the U21 teams appeared. The worst thing about being back in the EFL.

Are those rules still in place where L1/L2 are forced to field a minimum amount of 1st regulars? If so ironic when Prem/Champ clubs can field any thing they want in the League Cup.

No, definitely the FA Trophy is a worse competition to be in, as that means you're non league..

Remember seeing a very young Phil Foden for City,s under 21,s.
He was pretty impressive even then

Not many of them though....there are rules relating to the strength of the team that means you cant drop that many i think.
