Now that the season has concluded and we're looking for things to do, I thought it might be interesting to get people's views and try to compile an opposition first 11 of players whom they were impressed with when playing against us this season, doesnt have to be from just home games you can use away trips as well. Just fill in the blanks with a name and initials of the team they play for, or if you disagree with a current choice replace it with whom you think should be there, I'll put one in to get the ball rolling;

Belford (AS)

Myrie Williams (PV) ----------------- Robinson (TR) ---------------------

Cresswell was solid for s'end. Also the tall winger for d&r sticks out for doing ok. Mohammed for Cheltenham played ok I think and the Bradford forward (1st goal) the other week. Can't really remember being over run by any single player though. David's pulled the strings in the centre for barnet at home in October.
Here we go again!

I thought the Wycombe lad Grant had a cracking game against us in midfield (Wycombe?)

He did indeed. Think Boco might get on the list to, a lot of people were impressed with him.

Need some Full Backs and Strikers if anyone can remember any.

Don't think that was his name, think he scored the 2nd for them - and we lost 2-1

:closedeyes: Grant from Rochdale ought to be on our radar.Natural left footer with a cracking shot,like the one that earnt them a draw against us.His goals are in the teens,just what we need from our midfield next season. <_<

:rolleyes: Also put them 1-0 up with a belter at our place. Isn't he under contract for another year? :closedeyes:

Was the reason they got something out of the game at their place.

I see James Tavernier is out of contract, but I'd be amazed if he had to come down to L2 to earn a living.

Bratfud's front two looked good, the big target man (Hanson) and the lad who scored in front of the kop (funny named chap - Makhi or something)
