Was concerned when Palmer got booked early on. Thought Kabby was going to cause problems, but it ended up being one of the easiest matches of the season.

What we saw today was the same tshmanga the only difference is he doesn’t have a team around him creating chances. He’s never been a good footballer just knows where the back of the net is.

He’s a good footballer who used to be an excellent footballer until that thug crippled him.
I didn’t clock any of the negativity towards Tshimanga.
Whelan looked unfit to me today.

People have short memories. He was superb for us, scored a hatful of goals and played well. He had the chance of a big money move (which no human being would have turned down) but was never the same player after the awful injury he sustained. I don’t understand the venom towards him. I wish him all the best.

Well said, total agreement with this statement.

He wanted the best bits out of his contract but not the bad. Don’t sign what you do t want to comply with.
Football is somewhat of a closed community and his behaviour after his Brum deal fell through, will be well known.
Another measure of Cook’s professionalism that he never said what went off.

Noticed Ashmore although encouraged to get over to the tunnel seconds from the whistle just casually walked off. Fair play and hopefully he got treated with some respect for that.

Though it was funny when the really obese guy hid the ball from Ashmore late on and the crowd chanted 'You Fat B*strad'. Not sure who it was directed at.

Ashmore owes us an apology for accusing Town fans of racism when, IIRC, it turned out it was an Ebbsfleet fan who was guilty.

So do I ,he never once had any service to him ,marshalled by Palmer , remember all the goals he scored for us when all you haters were creaming themselves, why all the hate ?

Come off it warfs. There are times you hate on our own players and managers. Including cook. You might not like the disrespect a few are showing to kabby (who was brilliant for us btw) but there’s been plenty of disrespectful nonsense you’ve posted on here.

Whelan looked up for it more than any BW player on that pitch today.
Kabby was never an excellent footballer but was an excellent finisher.

Agreed. He'd be in the EFL if it wasn't for all the theatrics.

He’s a good footballer at this level but he’s not a team player, which is why he wouldn’t have fit in with this team

I'm with Warfey on this. Kabongo was a brilliant striker until the thug shattered his leg (with no action taken by the ref). Some posters on here typed absolute tripe regarding his 'attitude ' after the assault and the Birmingham farce. He was unfailingly polite when I met him, and deserved better than some of the disrespectful chants yesterday. It's just a great shame that such a promising talent has been destroyed.

I'm sure he appreciates praise from his peers.

His attitude being he withdrew himself from training.
