Proper supporter then! Pathetic turn out today!

But why, my friend, why.

As I've said elsewhere the people of North Derbyshire have turned out in encouraging numbers only to witness losses, player sales and scandals.

The blame for indifference - or even a conscious refusal to attend - doesn't lie with them.

Its just very depressing whats happening. Obviously you'd expect a team like Sheffield Wednesday to win, but you'd expect us to put up a fight and make them work for their win.

We're being outclassed and outworked though. Very sad.

Only about 40 league places between us Wednesday 4/1 for promotion to the Premier...Chesterfield 11/4 for relegation to Div 2.
Wednesday were above us and cantering but 2-0 is respectable. Some on said we would we woeld get a right battering. What did you forcast?

I'm sorry, but i've never felt less interested in attending any Town match than i did today.

Let's face it we were playing a near premiership side first half and it showed. There were several plus points though.

Our best players Hird, McGinn and Gboly and Dennis. Also liked the look of Curtis Morrison and our new keeper grew into the game eventually.

Why Gardner is playing is a mystery to me. Their number 32 was unmarked for most of the first half, when Gardner should be marking but

he spent most of his time running around aimlessly in midfield.

Reasons for worry and reasons to be hopeful all in one game .

Still pathetic! Will this vendetta carry on all season? Just stop going and save your money then, you and many others, but stop this constant wingeing!!!! The players need and deserve better.

I can't bear the thought of banks and Liddle as our centre midfield on opening day.. Please god don't let that happen.

Don't agree the players need or deserve anything really? They are very well paid to do a job for a year or two that their contract states (or until something better comes along).
You think a player ever joins a club because of the fans or cares one iota what the average fan thinks?

'Vendetta'?

'Whingeing'?

Articulating the facts is a 'whingeing vendetta'?

What, would you prefer some sort of North Korean style propaganda?

Dunno about the players - who've all signed on the dotted line for money and will be off as soon as the CEO can flog them - but the fans you dub as 'pathetic' definitely deserve better.

Just like every player but some clubs support their players better than us.....apart from the 1000=1500 that went today!
