Wasn't this board "at fault" when Neil 'Countdown' Mackenzie didn't sign?

So, if we have THAT amount of power over our signings, I'm sure we can get Trev to join us :rolleyes:

The fact that we started the seaon with only 2 recognised strikers suggests that Rico is looking to add forwards from Premiership clubs on loan. With Premier league teams still finalising their respective squads, it may be a while before we get somone in from the loan system (possibly around transfer dealine day).

I think someone like TB could be a decent option, especially in the short term, otherwise it may well be another cast off without a club or a secondrate loanee.
