Just been in to buy the kids home shirts. Lots of stock in there and as always fantastic and friendly staff.

Surely it’s about volume sales, your market total is in the region of say 15 k. Not everyone buys the club range. In the grand scheme of things shop/online sales are not the biggest earner but combined with everything else it’s part of the collective income.

Why people repeatedly snipe at what they perceive as short comings in the business maybe they should just show patience, trust the board who are in the early stages of sorting THE CLUB out in respect of playing staff, training facilities and all the other problems inherited and most of all stop tapping the keyboard when a simple conversation may explain that a lot of things are out of the clubs control.

We are in the hands of suppliers who will all be extremely busy at this time of the year.

God I hate this league.

Been to book travel tickets for Ebbsfleet and one young lad in their serving. Apparently all the staff have been off for nearly 2 weeks in there! I know young Kasey was serving on Monday and she had been asked to come and help due to staff shortages. Fair play to the young lad in there today he was brilliant but had never sold away travel before , talk about chucking him in at the deep end!! Thought he deserved a mention though, think he said he usually works in the conference and banquet bit👍

Been in the club shop this morning to do a present exchange, very friendly lady behind the counter and a credit to the club.
Exchange done with no quibble and was great to chat with someone who was efficient and friendly.
Will be visiting again soon.
