I think we are only singing Sam Hird's praises because he's best of a bad bunch. Even Sam has had some dodgy moments but they have been eclipsed by some really dogga passages of play and stink awful players.
Today, Scunny took the game away from us by being organised, crisp passing and good play from quality players making good decisions on and the ball.
Even Fleetwood showed flashes of good passing play- for their goal.
At times today, it looked pre season kick about from us-like the players know that there is nobody waiting in the wings to replace them.
O'Neil- a steady 5/10 I know it's not his preferred position and he been out injured for ages
Liddle - the invisible man. Team Captain, your joking
JOS - what's gone off there??
Gbolly - slight improvement from 3/10 Tuesday to 5/10 today.
Wilson says others need to chip in with the goals. Watch
Gbolly's attempts in pre match warm up. Shocking. He scored one but it was in the big nets at the kop end instead of the practice nets down the side of the pitch.
German- are we really relying on a 17 year old? Caused problems but nothing the defence couldn't deal with
Evans- huffed and puffed but got goose egg
Also, at half time. Our player urineing around doing keepie-up-ie. The scunny team passing practice and warm up with the fitness trainer. They not the only ones who do this, I've seen other teams stay limber whilst our lot have a play ground kick about.

You are correct. A time when we looked like a professional football team.
There also was a bit of a connection with the players and shinner- liked they enjoyed working with him. There just seems nothing with the Mal. Do this, do that and see you Monday morning.

Do we need an SAS fitness coach or a former footballer, For goodness sake - although it's another Saunders signing.

Lol true!
Ok every player:-
>10% higher work rate (ie. Distance covered in a match).
.3 sec on their 40m sprint
> increase in bleep/j-test etc
< soft tissue injuries
Edit!
It ain't gonna happen though so no point speculating

question, how many of our squad if put up for sale would get into another league one side?
Hird, Evans - YES
Lee, Jones - yes but unavailable
Wilkinson - yes but unavailable and not really even ours
McGinn - maybe, not seen him enough
Gboly - maybe
rest - doubt it.

Thanks, mate. It's not as though we haven't offered our services to the club. We'd get them in far better condition than the current incumbents.

If you're that confident you can improve them go and make it happen, sell yourself, tell them about your successes with professional / top class athletes and how you have achieved them, and tell them how you can translate that into professional football. Show your cv and qualifications tell them how that makes you the best man for the job, give them a for example - compile your own match data and identify quick wins and areas for improvement for the team and individuals.
You say it ain't going to happen, but if I was so confident I could improve my team when they were in such a crap state I would be down there every day, picking to pieces what I could see and telling them how I could improve it.
