the music at Chesterfield games makes us look like we've raided the bargain bucket of an HMV store.

It use to be las ketchup, spice girls etc...Armarillo is an anthem for the retarded....basically we don't sound credible we sound tinpot and cack when players come out to dullard cheese music.

It is hard to say what makes a good football anthem or song. Would you consider the Z-Cars theme or "Red, Red Robin" to fit the bill.

I understand more than top level club claims ownership of a hymn from a 1945 American musical...

I still don't know what's wrong with "Singin' The Blues"......

Is it because it's not called "Singin da' Blooz in da' hood"

Whilst were still at Saltergate I think we should run out to something traditional like 'Singing the Blues', it might not be up to date and in the charts for the kids to sing along to but it's hardly difficult to learn, would get the atmosphere going and sends out the right message...

'Well I never felt more like singing the blues' says it all doesn't it?

Da Hool - Meet her at the Love Parade, all time classic bit of dance tuneage. Instead, YMCA? I hope that`s a joke Alex, surely?

Nope, some kind of rubbish they'd thrown together a mixture of as you say 'cheese' and dance thrown together...

For me, play Chumbawumba....

I(we) get knocked down but I get up again
You're never going to keep me down
I(we)get knocked down but I get up again
You're never going to keep me down
I(we)get knocked down but I get up again
You're never going to keep me down

We'll be singing
When we're winning
We'll be singing
I'm embarrassed by the actions of those who run my club.

have any of you been in the pa box? its a joke old mixing deck bolted to a desk and a old single disc player and a few wires,i was in there last night ,the mic did not work till i mended lol.
The music i bought along was used but i left before ko so i could not help what was played at halftime etc,all the music on disc was what people had suggested on here.i feel sorry for jon doing pa after seeing the lack of equipment there and it is hard to judge when u only got 1 crappy disc player. The music we ran out to was upbeat and a mix of alsorts of tunes and was oked by rico to me and john.I will be doing another cd for next game so any helpfull suggestions would be greatly accepted, but if you gonna moan or slagg me off dont bother.
i suport two teams CHESTERFIELD and watever team is playing mansfield
rico gone hubbard next please
