Help
Has anyone else had any issues with the ticket office in trying to re-arrange tickets for this match?
I had corporate booked & popped in last week to move the booking…first response was ‘why do you want to move it?’..erm because the match is cancelled!!! FFS! Anyway took my details, I asked if they could kindly confirm the re booking for another game a I chose….two weeks later, and another email to them to confirm……nothing!!
Sometimes the service is pretty backwards at CFC….if I communicate with my wider team & customers like that, I wouldn’t have a job
Really poor.
Anyone else have trouble??

Karen is really busy and can't respond as quickly as she would like to emails, ring the ticket office and she will sort it, that's what I had to do.

Getting players in of the quality we have already will be almost impossible. They have to be as good or better than the ones we have or it's a pointless exercise
