Under-21s
Date of birth: 19 September 1995
Place of birth: London, England
Position: Forward
International levels played at: England Under-16s
Trophies won at Chelsea: FA Youth Cup 2011/12; Under-21 Premier League 2013/14
Reece joined the club through one of our summer camps as an Under-11 and made his youth team debut as an Under-15 in the penultimate game of the 2010/11 campaign. While still a schoolboy the following season, the winger featured often for Adi Viveash’s side and bagged his first goal in a 5-1 win over Portsmouth. He also claimed a Youth Cup-winning medal, the first of two he has to his name.
He started his debut season as a scholar in impressive form and soon earned debuts for the Under-19s and Under-21s, however a broken leg suffered in the quarter-final of the Youth Cup curtailed his involvement for the remainder of the season. It was an injury that kept him sidelined until October, when he returned and featured for Dermot Drummy’s older age group as they won the national league title.
In the following two seasons, Reece made 36 appearances for the Under-21s, despite a string of niggling injuries hampering his development at times. He enjoyed a positive and largely injury-free 2015/16 under manager Adi Viveash, scoring on six occasions.
A former England Under-16 international, Reece signed a professional contract in the summer of 2013, committing himself to the club until the end of the 2015-16 season.

Says a lot about how youngsters feel about their chances at Chelsea currently....good to see one taking the chance of moving on to play league football rather than being stifled in their U21s and occasional random loan moves here and there.

I've not seen anything to suggest they offered him another del, but if they did and he signed for us instead, we'd be liable pay a fee for him, and he's been there 10 years!!
You'd hope we've already done our homework with regards to potential fees etc......

Thats the one i found but the offer has to match or increase his last contract for us to be liable for a fee as well. If they've not at least matched his last contract then they arent eligible for a fee.
