Welcome back mate..
For what it’s worth I’m not going to worry about next season until next season starts and we see the squad make up, what with Cooks experience, 1 x NL title, 2 x L2 titles, and 1 x L1 title coupled with his contacts and obvious pulling power and the Kirks involvement and the increased revenue from promotion I’d be amazed if we stand still over the summer. Yes today was poor and best forgotten but we arnt going to go into next season to stand still.
Oh and a foot note…I know many rate Boot as a good keeper but Tyrer is different gravy, he will be a huge signing if we can get him again next season!

Nothing boot could do today about their goals, he was unlucky with the 2nd as it fell back into their player, (as 1 did at bromley for tyrer), infact he made a couple of excellent saves to keep the score down
As for next season, only 2 maybe 3 will be starters from that starting 11, I can see cook bringing In 7 new players maybe 8 unless we can resign Tyrer, we deffo need 2 new CB's a new DMF, and at least 1 striker, we already need a RB as king will be gone, and maybe LB as clements will go to Eastleigh on a free (or loan)..

I’m not saying he’s not a good keeper I just think Tyrer is a step up in terms of quality and speed of thought etc. the game really slowed down when Boot Clements and Freckleton were in the triangle.

Probs down to the fact, non are regular starters and trying to do nothing wrong, but putting themselves under pressure

A little advice. It's better for you to be silent and let people think you are a fool. Than to speak and remove all doubt

Good news. I thought this biggest loser today was CFC. Turns out I was wrong.
