A. Weekly basis, game analysis, massages for players who played, some sessions tweaked to cover issues raised by analysis. Two sessions most days and is an ongoing development process.

A. Gives playing a history and background including how he signed for Accy over several league club offers. Started helping coaching sessions etc under Coleman, took southport job offer and got a rude awakening to financial side of management, sacked for poor signings. Self confessed not good enough with youth teams, prefers adult players. Took Sligo job to try to improve and prove himself. Job description was to keep em up, in 4 seasons won championship and heavily featured in team of season. St Johnatone offered him managers job, turned it down due to location and then offered Accy job shortly after. Poor facilities and set up, Liam wants MotS if he keeps them up this season. Now at a club where shouldn't be losing games. We are massively under achieving. Don't apply for job, he was approached, via correct channels. (Should have guessed!!)
Q. Do you know who did apply?
A. Megson, laws amongst the 94.
A. Off on a tangent, play offs still distinct reality, Saturday is massive.

A. Respectful if him for what he's brought to the club but feels the club hasn't taken the reliance if him. He is part of the squad, accepts criticism of not playing him enough but feels its only an issue when we lose. 4-5-1 is his preferred formation, and that doesn't suit jack. His sole target is winning games.
Q. Why did you take the job?
A. £5k a week.

A. Players need to connect with the club, integrate with the fans more, raise issue of some players travelling. Jay O'Shea lives 6 miles away.
Q. Is trotman still listed?
A. Yes and will still be If he carries on current form! Serious thoughts of taking him off list but feels his fall from grace earlier this season warranted it. Trots attitude Has been top class.

3/4 more of the same performance from trotman and he deserves to be taken off the transfer list

A. Give him opportunity to play, fans have predetermined ideas but he wanted to make his own decision. Boden is too much like JL and MR, plays in front of defenders not behind them and was down pecking order.

A. Loan players very important, but should be used carefully.
Q. Any animosity with TW MC?
A. Difficult at first, but part of brief. Both been great help and no issues from either whatsoever. Highly regarded.

A. Football is a changing game and players very powerful. No real issues other. Staff meetings at 8am, watch previous game. 10 positives. 10 negatives. Training then adapted from that with focus on specifics for opponent. No Pens for a yet but DW and JOs rarely get in box. Not rocket science. LW still an issue, DW doing well in strange position, JOs did ok there sat but not the answer. Long term, looking to bring someone in.

A. Yes. Praise Northampton etc for their ability to adapt style of play. MR specifically mentioned, and feels you won't find a more talented lad in the country. Played a big part in Vale win bit not delivering regularly, at a cross road in career.
Q. No shots outside box?
A. Fully agree, too fancy round the box, big focus in training.

A. AD was scouted via an agent (Strong, powerful goalscorer) and has brought something new to the club. (I think, reading between the lines, he'll get some decent pitch time sat).
