2.5 million budget and not signed the striker yet, that's some going, could be failure of epic proportions if it doesn't come off.
Evans can't ever have worked without having the biggest budget in the league

Regarding Evans, those figures are meaningless if they are for June 2016 so why they actually referenced him is a bit of a red herring. His impact on past spending will be visable in the June 2017 figures.
Does all this £2.5M figure relate to this seasons player budget? If it does it won't be visable until to June 2018 when they'll obviously be in Div 1. One thing for sure if that is the player budget and they are within the cap, then old boy Radford is funding them heavily and will have to fund them even more when Evans swaps his entire team in January.
Their clumsy financial reporting reminds me of another football club, not a million miles away.

Nor does it mention One Call's interest free loans of £3.9M, nor loans by former directors of £709k which are repayable 'subject to the profitability of the company'.

Until now I wan't convinced that they will go up as their strike force seemed a bit light. Hemmings has more than enough for this level, though, unfortunately. Seems odd that he's drifted down a level.
