good lad

I may think you post a lot of nonsense on here but I don't doubt your devotion to Town or your helpful nature

ps. I was one of the volunteers helping you onto the coach after the Crawley train mess a few years back! Wasn't actually required as there were several others willing to lend a hand

the point about editing the post with your number on stands though - don't think it's a good idea to post numbers on a public forum

didnt know who u was , tony , steve browett cant remember who else thanks

Helped lift him on and off Daves minibus at Barnet in sheridans promotion season, he's heavier than he looks isn't he.

As for Burton, my car has decided to kick the bucket, that confirms my no-show.

I'm trying to think of somewhere just this side of Burton with two or three pubs close by that would be OK for 2-3 hours in the evening.

Cracking pub at Wellington on the canal called the Dragon I think. If you fancy eating the Bulls head at repton a bit further in is brilliant. Highly recommend the pizzas!! Just as good for beer as well mind you, has a beer fridge containing 120 different beers I think it is!!

Sounds like a good call. A couple of other pubs there too. I'm one of the designated drivers but it seems plans are being made for some people to meet in town at lunchtime. Probably have a drive down about three before it gets busy on the A38 have a couple of hours in Willington before heading to Burton.

I've only ever been smashed or stone cold at Burton, never anything in between.

Not sure I've ever seen 'Bulls head' on a menu before. I'll try anything once.
