It's a real shame there is no game this weekend after two great wins.Saturdays are not the same without a game on.i know a lot of us have been complaining a lot about how the club sometimes runs but when there is not a game on it makes me realise just how lucky we are to have a football team to watch in a great stadium.role on the next game.

A good weekend to get some brownie points in the bag, especially if town are going to play in Ireland pre season, that might take some of us a little more wangling than usual

You can see the following non-league football matches in Derbyshire this weekend;

Alfreton v Kidderminster
Buxton v Ashton United
Ilkeston v Grantham
Glossop NE V Shaw Lane Aquaforce (?)
Heanor v Parkgate
Gresley v Market Drayton Town

Glossop's game appears to be an FA Vase 6th Round replay. Their opposition played the first game at Worksop but seem to be from Barnsley confusingly.

Brownie PTs with the Mrs so it's easier to get your pass signed when required. Nothing confirmed about Ireland it was just in the minutes we may have a mini tournament ore season in Sligo

Few of the lads were out in Sheffield Wednesday night, my mate was at the bar and one of them tried chatting his missus up, she told him her boyfriend was at the bar and he was a chesterfield fan, so he moved on :lol:

Better still have a missus who'll wanna come too.

And tomorrow afternoon? To paraphrase Ebenezer Scrooge: 'Are there no Wetherspoons? And the Market and Welbeck; are they still in operation? Because from what I'm reading I thought something had occurred to stop them in their useful course!'.
