That a striker would improve us! Don't people think that Paul Cook knows that?? Don't people think we aren't looking?....of course we are.
It gets so annoying with these callers on Peak who ramble on about players we should be signing!! This guy on now, saying we should be signing league 2 players??? why??....& Ellison??? give your head a shake!

Cook sounded upbeat tonight so perhaps we are getting close
It's hardly surprising people are talking about strikers, although some of the suggestions coming out were a bit, err, left field to put it politely

Agree.Don't get on to Cookie.He knows what is needed.But financially his hands are tied and we may have to discover "a gem" from the lower leagues who will settle for what we are prepared to pay.
