It seems a bit far off but...

I don't see what the kit would be, seeing as the first one was plain blue worn with trousers. Whatever it is, it would certainly sell anyway.

Not sure about the trousers but I'm all for a return of the green and white striped kit which we had as an away kit in the mid 90's.

I want to see the 1892-3 shirt...

I would go for whatever kit we used in 1872, or the union flag one.

The recent interview with Barry Hubbard suggested that this was something the club was looking at

If its a new season we will have a new kit. We've had a new one every year for the last 9 seasons. Just the chairmans way of saying thanks to the loyal fans.

Personally, I'd like to see a game played under the Sheffield Rules. It would take a lot of preparation to be any good, but it'd fascinate me to see how the first game on the Rec was actually played.

Yep + add to that this club needs all the money it can get and the whole Premiership sells new home + away shirts almost every season, as does nearly every football club in the league, as far as I'm aware.
PLUS we needed new kits this year anyway due to the sponsors from the old one being crap and not delivering on time...
I like there being new kits every season anyway, you don't have to buy them but they add to the variety

just bought 2 (home and away) Arsenal shirts with names and numbers for £105 for my boy, to add to the 2 I bought last year.
But then he wears them all the time - and there aren't many other things that last that long!
Fact of life - following football costs money. Only you can decide if it is worth it!

Will half the players be able to?
What about the fans then, don flap caps and smoke pipes?
Ok, well, atleast the kids bubbles version to comply with the FL's no smoking policy.
