Should we be careful what we say?

Football is all about opinions some good some bad and some way off the mark. A few of our players have in the past been slated on here, professionally and personally. Does this mean we open ourselves up to being sued?
Personally I think Kewell is a mard**** and he needs to get a grip.

i think, if i remember correctly, that this one had more to do with the ins & outs of the transfer (& in particular his agent's conduct, and payment), rather than his playing abilities - lazy whinging diving aussie t&sser

Yep, something to do with the opinions expressed regarding the level of payments to Kewell's agent for the transfer from Leeds Utd. I hope that this country hasn't become so litigious (is that the right word?) that I'm not entitled to express the opinion that Kewell is a lazy, underperforming, girly haired, diving waster who has absolutely no right to draw his exorbitant weekly salary. If that were indeed my opinion...

Andy Townsend did this over the TV face to face with footballers and his part of the show got scrapped after someone told him where to get off asking who he thought he was talking to after non illustrious carreer.

In that case, I withdraw my remarks regarding his barnet. It is in no way girly and indeed now I think about it he has a fine head of manly, flowing locks. The lazy, cheating show-pony.
Thats me covered then.
