Imo this national service idea has been dreamt up by someone thinking how can we appeal to the people
who are always saying the youngsters today need more discipline?
i know lets suddenly say we will bring back national service and hope that the mere mention of the term will
bring us votes from the majority of unsure voters -

Jay Oshea is playing now for the Australian All Stars League team against Newcastle at the Melbourne Cricket Ground
I think it's safe to say that he has made a success of his move Down Under lol
The All Star team are leading 1-0 after 15 minutes on a pitch where the markings are super imposed over Aussie Rules Football markings
The final score was 8-0 to the Aussie All stars team against a very young Newcastle team
I suppose the money men at Newcastle will still see it as a very profitable move to go down under lol
Oshea was subbed after about 75 minutes with the match already won -

I'm sure I recall that approx. a third of
Compton Street was given to away fans with big followings. Where it met Cross Street.
Blackburn beat us 0-1 I think, in 1980, or 1981, in front of 10k +. I'm 99% sure Blackburn had top 3rd of Compton Street.
yes that did happen quite regularly with away fans on the pop side as I recall but as for the 3-0
Sunderland score line that is Kevin Lynch most definitely either not remembering the score or trying to add
a bit of drama to boost the story lol -

The manager obviously thinks that there are good enough reasons to offer Akinola another contract so
lets just see how it turns out next season
