Wages bill less than last season. Not the biggest wage bill in the league, probably only third best.
Interesting

Makes the achievement even sweeter. Like already said, Oldham are definitely one. Which also makes their failure even more amusing too.

Hard to believe we aren’t the top wage bill though. We have 22 players who could all climb into most clubs first 11 at this level and you can’t imagine we have many “cheap” players within that.

Good interview this. Worth a listen

As Cook says, we have 2 strikers- Grigg and Quigley.
Oldham have 7.

Happy we lost at Watford. I wasn’t at the time! I get it though.

It's staggering. Quality over quantity though.
Here we go again!

York get mentioned. Whether that’s right, only a handful of people will know.

It’s the one I was thinking could be up there. New owner splashed a bit of cash.

Ipswich good club with some not good people.
Left Pompey when they offered him more than Wigan to stay.
The radio Sheff guy he fell out with is an idiot

We have Naylor and Grigg, possibly include Bank but aside from that the squad is mainly lads who’ve been at this level or lower in the past or younger lads picked up on their release from league clubs.

Not disappointed with the Notts county loss, it was their time so to speak, and we did ourselves proud.
The back room staff he inherited are brilliant.
The amount of injuries he inherited and squad size he inherited was ludicrous.

He said if he had anticipated us being this number of points clear he might have approached it differently.

When we’re mathematically up we’ll celebrate for a week, then it’s foot back on the gas to get as many points as possible
