It?s not the VAR system, it?s the people who use it

The people are the major part of the VAR system

Most of it is subjective decision making backed up certain interpretations they are meant to follow and they are still making contentious decisions

This morning's government stooge when pressed over his party's betting corruption: "Well they needed the money to pay Labour taxes".

How low into the sewers will these moral bankrupts actually descend...

Gove was critical but he was just annoyed because he wasn't let in on Rishi Rich's betting scam.

What's just as disturbing than the prospect of a pro Putin dictator in the Whitehouse is the number of far right European parties adopting a similar stance...

And the soon to be self proclaimed leader of the opposition in this country.

Apparently Putin was provoked by the EU and NATO so isn't a nutcase after all as that other thread suggests

Lots of outrage at least from the politicians but Falange is only reading from Trump's bible. Wonder if they'll be so outraged when Trump is back and he is saying it.

No the onfield team determined that the Dutch player impacted the keeper's ability to make a save. It didn't matter whether he was likely to be successful in his attempt. The VAR agreed with this decision. He was hardly likely to say that he ref gave offside and he agreed and then invite the official to look at it again!

That was the problem the on field officials made a mistake and it was compounded by and awful decision by the VAR official

With greater viewing options the VAR official should have said ?you may want to take a look at that decision again?. The system isn?t fit for purpose.
