With all the new signings and potential positional permutations it would be hard to judge what is a weakened team. Keep momentum and take the prize money.

The first positive of not being allowed to go to games.
Interesting for JR though, a warm welcome from a previous club or a chance for more 'shenanigans'

The fact that we are asking for ST monies up front to help cash flow suggests we need every penny we can squeeze out of every game we play. We seem to have a very good home streaming total and therefore will qualify for monies with it being the cup round. The squad is big enough to go for each competition so IMO we should start with a strong team, blow em away and then bring on the subs lol. Wrexham have a clear week to prepare for Saturday.

I wanna see Town win every game and visit Wembley twice.
But the reality is two games a week between now and season's end - at least.
So yeah, fielding what might be considered a second string side won't exactly break my heart...

I can sort him a cheap rate on a hotel not really near Aldershot but maybe they could have a mid season break and do some training elsewhere?

With Storm Christophe on its way - I think there will be more than a stream? Highly likely the match could be off.

In fairness to Weston he does keep himself quite fit so, as such, I wouldn't play him tonight and see how the new Smith does in his place.
JR has said we need to rotate the squad a bit but he said that before the Solihull games yet didn't make many changes for the second game. However, out of the next 2 games I think the Wrexham match is the most important - win we could get closer to the play-offs and further away from the relegation zone. Another thing he said is that you can often get through the first game on adrenalin it's the second and third games that catch up with you. So, why not save some of that adrenalin in players for Saturday?
Then, he has mentioned that two or three players are still isolating. Who these are we don't know but it could become obvious when we see the squad selection. I've said before that I think the NL should have changed the substitutes rules for this season and allowed 7 on the bench and possibly 4 or 5 during a game but, perhaps, leaving as it is benefits the smaller clubs like the distribution of funding has.

Matlock team had Stotty, Brian Arblaster and all 3 Fenoughtys.
Arblaster was my schoolboy goalkeeping hero, he was so brave diving head first at players feet. Stotty another solid CB and the Fennoughty brothers, especially Tom were class. I can remember Kabia playing for the reserves and always rated him, he scored at Hereford in a 1-5 defeat. Albert and Moyes another good pairing at CB.

Boston had Ken Tiler as well. I think Albert signed him.

After all the mention of Jimmy Kabia on here, I was intrigued to see that a Jaze Kabia of Livingstone was involved in the sending off of Scott Brown this week.
Seems he is the nephew of Jim, son of Jim’s brother Jason. Just 20 and and signed from Sherborne this month. Born in Ireland where Jason had settled at the end of his career.
