In all seriousness, there?s something in it. As there is with Liam Cooper
I don't understand why Sam Clucas would come back at this stage, but then again, I laughed when someone told me we were in for Will Grigg and Tom Naylor, and then to add to them we signed Michael Jacobs. As, I think someone mentioned on here, it wouldn't be a big surprise if Sam went to help Evatt out. He could even go back to Scabfield, perish the thought.

If Evatt is still in charge come the new season, bear in mind the natives are restless in Horwich after their Play-off defeat and the fact they fell into the play-offs in the first place.

Yep. I'm still intrigued by the rumour on Thompson-Sommers. It's so left field that it surely has to be true, my logic being that the only way any Town fan would know the name is via a very good tip off.
Any road up, he's OOC in June and as far as I can see (which is not far), Halifax haven't issued their retained list yet.

They?ve issued a list of players still under contract and said there will be an update on other players.
The Halifax Courier has the story and speculates on the position of players. Funnily enough I can?t see his name mentioned- even by fans keen to say who they still want there next season.

Doubt it, Evatt has given them the stability they craved for.
