Have I missed something?

No big game...no special shirts, no memorabilia...or have I missed them? Oh yeah a roof tile or something and a Chatsworth ball.

No special first team shirt with 150 on?

No pic with the best of the first 150 years (will there be another 150?) ? Maybe signed too?

Good job we're awash with cash.

Not really...a new sponsor and new shirt design....no mention of 150. Except the tenuous shoe horn in.

Cheers, didn't see the back! Too subtle! I'd have expected something splashed around the badge!

Perhaps Turner is an exponent of the 1919 theory?

Do you feel much is being done to celebrate? I don't.

And looking at the shirt I certainly don't think much is being made of it? Surely by asking the question it didn't resonate that it was a special shirt? I'm all for subtle marketing..

Don't forget the celebration ball at Chatsworth, and oh and the high profile European opposition pre season friendly at home.

Isn't it 150 years of football in Chesterfield as opposed to 150 years of Chesterfield fc? Looking at the history there's seems to be a lot of teams who played in and around chesterfield back then, a lot who folded and some who reformed etc etc

Can't help but feel there are genuine concerns at the minute. This doesn't really feel like one.

Yeah, thing about Serbs is they have big diaspora's throughout Europe who were displaced during the Balkan conflicts, Serbs in Belgrade find it hard to get uk visas but witness them getting the game against Italy abandoned in Genoa or the trouble in a pre season friendly in Austria to see what they are capable of. Red star are a great club mind you, their museum/trophy room is something else, their fans are gutted at the standard of their team/league now when they were used to watching the likes of savicevic and prosineki in the past!

Thanks for that, certainly a very big club in their own country, it's seems they tried to set up a fixture over here for this pre seasonn at Southampton but left it too late

The Belgrade Derbi is a fixture everyone who loves football should take in at least once, I've met a lot of their fans who I count as mates now... They live and breath the club... Not just football... Basketball... Handball... Rowing... You name it red star have a club that is well supported.. They are at some sporting event every night of the week!
