He increased it to 4. I agree with you, all will have the same team.

I think you're right, I'll keep it at four this month then drop it back to 2 but make it so the captain can be changed each game.

No worries, I miss Tuesdays game also; though the offer of a drink still stands, just let me know when you are free (you may also get two pints as my match buddy will be back )

BTW, it's the right call about the subs as SH is quite correct in that everybody will have the same team in the end, and then it makes it totally pointless, which would be such a shame as you've gone to so much trouble. The best thing to do imo is just stick with the rules you've made and don't make anymore changes as not everyone will see them, and it also makes it a bit messy. You'd got things pretty much spot on in the first place imho.
